I will draw manga or comics pages

I can make page comics/manga for you. I need clear instructions to what I will be doing. This will contain black, grey and white with manga effects. The characters should also be described well. I will give you a design for the characters first then a sketch for the storyboard before I start putting effects and backgrounds. :)
