The artist was incredibly hands on, open, and laid back. With updates in the form of screenshots of their progress, they’ll really work /with/ you to craft the image you desire and envision. Their style is also beautiful, as you can probably tell from their art samples. All in all a really fantastic artist, and a super nice person!
