What quality of photo you provided is what you'll get in your portrait artwork. (I'll follow your photo's face emotion, hairstyle, skin colour, lighting, etc) I based on your photo to draw your portrait, the more details I can see, the more details of your portrait to be drawn.

What will you get for 5 dollar actually

I use Adobe Illustrator to draw your portrait, you can decide final resolution. If you need purchase my vector file(So you can scale and use it anywhere without any problem) which will cost extra. Vector is a file let you scale your artwork to any big size without losing quality.
