This is my house and home sketch gig. Starting at $10 I will do a digital pencil sketch of your house or home, building or structure. Buyer should provide me with a clear photo of house image to use as reference. Any changes in image to add or remove items from image in final rendering are extra. Be sure to see 3 tier pricing to get an idea of types of renderings that can be done. Sketches of black and white or color can be done. Custom orders can also be completed so buyer does not have to deal with ordering the project themselves and cater to their specific needs.
