I will create a cute map illustration based on your sketch and detailed description. Will also use google as a reference, but I really need a simple sketch to get things going... it doesn't need to be a work of art, just a general idea of the place...

Also, be advised that this gig is not about creating realistic maps. Icons may appear larger or smaller than in real life, distances may also be different from real life. If you have any doubts, let's talk about it first... :) maybe I am not the right person to design what you need...
