If the customer is responsible for a missed deadline (i.e. The customer is not replying to our messages, ignoring our samples, logged off for several days, or is not being communicative in general) The customer will have to pay an extra amount to help us fix it. Missing a deadline means our delivery rate decreases, leading to a potential level demotion. If we're getting the work done on time, we wont face the consequences of a deadline that was missed thanks to a buyer.
