Maybe to use on your own site, account for social media, just because it looks funny or want a funny pixel design for a picture on your wall? But you have no clue how to make pixel art/don't have the money to buy the software to make it? Well, this is your lucky day because i'm here to help you out! I will make any character or item for only $5 (pricing may differ based on the package). All i need is a reference of what you want "pixelated" and i will immediately start working on it!
